President – Sarah Crawford

As your ATD Sacramento Chapter President, Sarah brings a wealth of experience as a talent development professional in the public, private, and non-profit sector in the Sacramento Area. She is relentless in her pursuit for high quality training and professional development opportunities and passionate about supporting the growth of our ATD Sacramento community members. Sarah is a long-standing, proud member of both local and national ATD. Co-Director of Programs – Rosalind Sago

My personal mission includes helping others to reach their full potential by learning, growing, and taking action.  ATD will allow me the opportunity to further that mission by collaborating with a team to provide ATD members with programs that will appeal to the diverse needs of the membership, allow members to immediately apply techniques learn for increased (personal and professional) productivity, address current and future trends in our industry that can be adapted for a wide variety of practical applications in the workplace.

 

Co-Director of Programs – Katherine Adraktas

I am passionate about ATD Sacramento because as the expression goes, "A High Tide Raises All Ships.”  Our community of professional trainers and consultants seek to raise each other up by sharing info about great programs, good books and of course, great ideas for training and organizational development.  I want members to want to become involved in the Board and in the events because it's all about connecting, learning from each other and doing exceptional work! 

 

Director of Membership– Wendy Brodnick

Wendy is a relationship focused, experienced human resource, learning and organizational development professional with a passion for connectedness. As Membership Director I help our members create meaningful connections and long-lasting relationships with through shared learning experiences during our high quality programs and events. Director of Marketing & Communications – Todd Greider, CPLP®

Todd is passionate about building strong leaders and effective teams.  He is a devout learner and perpetually in a state of personal and professional growth.  As a Business Change Manager for a Fortune 50 company, he focuses on skill development for Sales Operations and Effectiveness as well as serves as a Leadership Coach for Hi-Potential leaders throughout the organization.  He has also served as a Personal Branding consultant for c-suite executives.  As a Director of Marketing & Communications, he will support the promotion of ATD Sacramento events and support member engagement and awareness efforts through email and social media campaigns.

 

Director of Strategic Partnerships – TS Hamilton

Learning and Development has had a profound impact on my life and on the lives of the people all around me. I truly appreciate getting to be a part of a community like ATD Sacramento. The collaboration and networking is energizing, and the ideas and thoughts are extremely refreshing. In my role over Strategic Partnerships, I hope to nurture and maintain the existing relationships in our community. Additionally, I hope to discover and share regional and national opportunities that will benefit all of our members. “A dream you dream alone is only a dream. Director of Finance – Kimberly Geil

Kim appreciates the high quality of events offered by the ATD Sacramento Chapter, and the opportunities to meet like-minded talent development professionals and coaches. She is the founder of Coaching Heights, works with state agencies on trainings and projects, and is working on a book about the history of Exum Mountain Guides, a climbing school in Grand Teton National Park. In her second year as Director of Finance, her goals include continuing to find more effective ways for ATD Sacramento to track and organize its finances; analyzing financial data to help in decision-making; and keeping the chapter in compliance and on solid financial footing.
